Fukushima town mayor draws attention to deaths related to prolonged evacuation

Tamotsu Baba, mayor of Namie, Fukushima Prefecture, northeastern Japan, reports on the current situation of his town and its residents near the crippled nuclear power plant at a symposium in Tokyo on April 4, 2015.
